The  story of the mysterious Kamiura-san was recently uploaded, and it's a little bit different.Also, it's not my thing, but an anthology named '2D Comic Magazine NTR Les Kanojo ga Kanojo o Netottara' has also recently been uploaded, in case someone wants to read it.

I really do wish there were more LGBT-specific works. Yuri’s fine though not quite the same, and I will die inside if I have to look through the crossdressing tag on Mangadex for any trans content.

I think judging by the rest of Pollyanna's post they just want to find more trans centred works. The 'its not the same' is in reference to their tastes, rather than saying yuri isn't the same as lgbt.

Endorph covered the history of the term in a nutshell but fujoshi just means "woman who likes m/m content" fudanshi is the male counterpart and fujin is a gender-neutral option for people who don't want to use fujo/fudan.
