I've had pretty loose shits since doing bjj consistently for the last three years. I even had a colonoscopy to check up on it that found absolutely nothing. Doctor said it could be a low grade IBS and I figured I'd just live with it. I've often wondered if it's a stress reaction to the exercise.

I spent so much time at that restaurant while I was at the base. I ate there at least once a day and would spend quite a few evenings sitting on the porch after they closed with the owners drinking the ridiculously strong beer or locally made rum. Their refried beans were the best I have ever had. Honestly their beans & tortillas with a bottle of homemade hot sauce is still a top 3 meal for me and I have been chasing the dragon trying to replicate the recipe. One night I told them I was going to be in the field for a week playing OPFOR against my company. I joked around with the restaurant owners that it would be awesome if they delivered to the field. 2nd day in the field my team just finished up running a surprise ambush against one of the platoons. As the smoke from the HC smoke grenades was clearing out we could see a kid riding a horse. He spotted me and came over and dropped off a bag with refried beans, tortillas, hot sauce, beer, and fried platanos. He said his dad thought I would be hungry and laughed and headed off. Greatest loving takeaway/delivery meal ever. Funny thing is Houndouras was what lead to me moving to Australia since I dated an Aussie who was there. NZ did 100% the right thing and went back into Stage 3 lockdown for Auckland, and Stage 2 everywhere else. It's almost like they're taking it seriously. Watch their 'wave 2' last 2-3 weeks tops while the current cases ride out their infections. Meanwhile Australia plays endless whack-a-mole, noone can visit anyone due to not wanting to risk unknown infections, because wE nEeD tO kEeP tHe EcOnOmY oPeN NSW should be in Stage 3 already. Stage 4 if we wanted to eradicate and not loving surpress

Series of questions: In the history of forever, we have not ever managed to find a vaccine for a coronavirus (is this right? I'm not a science guy)? As much as we are super interested in finding a vaccine for this one right now, have we as a world not been pretty keen on doing so previously? If previous two = true, how confident can we be that vaccine for covid19 is forthcoming? If vaccine were not forthcoming, is repetitive wave forever (SARS and MERS are still kind of playing that pattern)? Then what? So I just discovered what the extra sounds coming from my acoustic guitar are - sympathetic vibration. I never noticed it in any of my electric guitars (if it happened at all) and I like the way it sometimes resonates back through the body. It's like my guitar is singing back at me when I play it right.

Courier was booked for Friday. Did not bother turning up. Courier was rebooked for Monday. Turned up in the ten minutes I took me to go to the chemist. Courier was rebooked for Tuesday. Turned up mid-morning complaining about having to knock on the door the previous day. Add to that, years ago getting a guitar sent from Melbourne, the TNT truck arrived as I could see it 3m from my window, I was 1m away from the front door, watched truck leave again, hadn't even heard someone approach my door, get a 'could not deliver' notice. Spent three days rebooking and they never turned up again, got driven out to the depot, took them almost half an hour to find a massive guitar case wrapped in black plastic. Useless.

It's not worth their time if a delievry takes longer than a minute so they don't bother, claim it an unsuccessful delivery and move on.
