I believe it's that a certain number of shares are pledged but they also must be at a minimum price or he'll face a margin call. I have to imagine the loan contract accounts for stock splits and reverse splits. If not, I lend you $50 million when your stock is at $300/share because I believe your stock won't go below $200 or some other number, and if it goes below $200 you'll face a margin call. There is a temporary huge increase in stock price and now it's at $1500/share, and you do a 5:1 split. If you now haven't pledged 5x the number of shares, it forces me to accept $1,000/share as MY new floor for the price, which is something I never agreed upon based on your company's performance and fundamentals (if that actually mattered anymore).

i think they're good and funny listens. if you have exactly seventeen minutes in between horseback riding and fencing lessons i guess wtyp is not a good source for education on engineering disasters
