Facebook Aunt posted:Is the window somewhere peepers could be right outside? Because if not you could get away with a repeating pattern that doesn't have 100% coverage without anyone outside seeing your nips or dong. The pattern can help conceal the crease between sheets. Wallet posted:Careful with this one. There's a huge difference in the difficulty of application (if you care about how it looks) with films that are applied with an adhesive (which I believe those from that website are) vs hydrostatic. There's definitely hydrostatic films that are >45 inches wide on Amazon, and once you find one more of them seem to pop up in the related products thing. I redid the bathroom and had the contractors skim coat all the drywall. Just the other day, I noticed a little wrinkle, where they didn't smooth it out. Am I correct to assume all I'll have to do to fix that issue is sand it out and repaint it?

I've been living in a rent controlled apartment in a major city for a few years now and it's old and lovely (they removed the carpet and painted the hardwood with house paint in a terrible brown) but the location and price can't be beat. I know it looks cramped and that's because there are 4 spaces for the cat (her tipi, cat tree, food area and the cat-shaped scratcher), whenever I had people over I'd move her stuff to the bedroom and it definitely gives the room more space to breathe, but I love her so she gets everything she wants. I Shot The Serif posted:Finally figured out how I want to decorate my bathroom: I feel like that photo gets posted a lot in this thread/the crappy construction thread without context. It's part of an art installation by Makoto Egashira who does some really awesome stuff with those blankets. Those kinds of floral blankets are apparently really common to find in the houses of elderly Japanese people. Japan is an aging society (adult diapers outsell baby diapers) so more and more of the country's energy is being dedicated towards them. The blanket installations are emblematic of the perceived smothering of Japanese culture by the older generations, as tradition supersedes modernism. My favorite is the hearse https://www.instagram.com/p/B4zIfu2D9Cq/ His figurines are gorgeous too https://www.instagram.com/p/B2hIV3gjHCU/ Youth Decay fucked around with this message at 02:44 on Aug 15, 2020 |
