seriyos though I get seasonal allergies and every time people talk about "fresh air" my sinuses just disagree at a fundamental level pretty sure air drying is a good way to get them all prepollenated

I air dry clothes indoors in a room with a dehumidifier (and if thicker fabric, with a fan as well) and while it likely doesn't save as much power, it sure extends the clothes' lifetime.

Gave a powerpoint presentation/announcement of support today on autoscaling applications in kubernetes according to sqs, kafka lag or cpu load went pretty well considering I was just monologing to a computer screen for like 30 minutes. i even had two demos that both worked properly.

It's good because the SQS thing essentially replaces lambda for us which is good because engineering leadership hates lambda for some reason.
