i like kashimashi where it ends with the one girl winning... and then ends on a cliffhanger where she's like "you know i don't really want to be in a relationship anymore" with the actual super true ending coming out in an ova seven months later also that ova has a scene where after everyone has spent ten minutes talking about how they need to pull off a christmas miracle the love interest gets woken up by the glasses girl in the middle of the night wearing a santa costume with a short skirt and standing directly above her, and she says "Can't you see I'm santa?" while the love interest stares up and says "Yes. I can see." and then she gets stuffed in a bag and tossed on a sleigh that's pulled by the comedy best friend guy who's wearing a reindeer costume. that moment justifies watching all of kashimashi

It went through the non-romance plot beats for the other heroines more-or-less sequentially. The Amagami anime just straight-up did all routes as their own separate thing.
