Doesn't get mad all that easy, laughs all the time, and really laid back. Anyways, he entered the sheriffs academy for a major SoCal county. They pulled him aside and basically told him he didn't have the right temperament. He's a teacher now.

I think cole is trying to say that law enforcement has no formal mechanism to select what type of people they hire while intentionally ignoring all of the informal ways that cops screen people out. By starting a culture way againsts black lives matter with blue lives matter, they are drawing a line in the sand that helps screen people sympathetic to BLM from applying while encouraging blue lives matter fucks to apply. Other ways that they keep people out is by simply never accepting people into the 'in' group or more overt ways such as being intentionally late to a call for back up or by just implying that their radios will magically stop working if someone they don't like calls for back up.
