OMON was powerless to block their marches in the morning, as kids would simply run around the blockades set up on Minsk’s wide boulevards. Now they’re cracking down and arresting males. When I think exiling an archbishop, I normally would imagine a medieval king who wants to marry his cousin, but the Pope won't let him, but here we are. 2020 hellworld worldwide! E: Lukashenko's already commented that Kondrusiewicz is on the list of personae non grata, but the Archbishop is a Belarusian citizen, so that doesn't make any sense. Even if he had another citizenship, which is technically illegal, to deny him entry, he would first have to be stripped of his Belarusian one, which he wasn't.
