Their numbers have been on a low key boil for a while now. Unless they can do something to get that under control soon seems like a major outbreak is just a matter of time. No need to separate out companies or trusts from this so even harder to avoid. It also helps property affordability and encourages downsizing for the empty nesters that no longer really need the five bedroom free standing house in Nedlands.
