The tutorial and user interface is a bit more newbie friendly in the new one but I still got real bored with it but it was a more enjoyable less obtuse experience than me trying to play 2

Now that she's managed to get onto the ndis the public kitty is covering all of her treatments outside of meds and certain medical appointments but does cover weekly physio for the foreseeable future. I also discovered today that right after I finished getting my approval to teach timber and metals the department of education has started kicking around $20K per year scholarships to retrain as that sort of teacher. I would have grabbed a scholarship when I started but they pulled those two teaching areas right before I started so I'm a little salty about it really

I'm not sure exactly how this particular capitalist death spiral works, but it's something like hospitals putting prices as high as they can and insurance more or less just paying out. Fine if you have insurance, but you're turbofucked if not.

They won't make you pay if you show up to the hospital with an infection in your tooth that's about to spread to your skull for example.
