Semi-retired means he was waiting for a contract that paid him well and the Seahawks are that desperate for a live body.

somewhat interesting video about the Rams working a lot more motion on run plays in particular, the thesis being that after getting stomped by the Ravens last year McVay started thinking about using how they use motion so successfully and how he could as well. so far the rate of pre-snap motion is doubled this season for the Rams so it does seem like there's something there

He probably did want a good contract but he also might've wanted to see how it went with covid first before thinking about playing this year. A lot of guys weren't sure if the season would even happen and also Damon's a big dude who might be more at risk.

Still Damon Harrison would instantly be like, the best or second best d lineman on the team if he was signed by the Hawks

That one play completely changed the last half decade of the NFL. If the Niners win and are healthy, they're the ones who curbstomp Denver in the Superbowl. With a healthy bowman and the super bowl free agent bump the Niners almost certainly don't go 8-8 the next season, and with a ring under his belt Harbaugh probably has too much clout for York to ditch him. Regardless of how things go from there, Greg Roman almost certainly never ends up in Baltimore.

Jim Harbaugh consolidates power in San Francisco and selects a new, young dual threat quarterback to replace Colin Kaepernick, who has happily retired with his $126 million to do activism........... Lamar Jackson :getin:

Ugly game and all but when I saw they were going for the fg down 5 at 4th and 5 from like the 15 I knew the hawks were gonna win. Seattle d wasn't stopping poo poo and the phins just wouldn't be aggressive. Got to be aggressive against this deep bomb team which can suddenly pull a 40 yard play out they rear end
