Campaigns are mandated to give their monthly cash on-hand balances and what they spent it on in campaign expenditure reports, but there's no publically-known stuff. It makes more sense to get the votes as close as possible to make contention and such more viable. You'd figure the RNC would fund the legal challenges and such if it meant the difference between 4 more years of donnie or 4 more years of biden even if Donnie was entirely broke.
