We just take whatever the shipper sends us. Apparently a few years back we had one, but none of our customers ever used them. It gets brought up every few years and turned down every time. So for these kinds of things with smoothing and leveling concrete, aren't there other tools for doing that? Are these cases where people don't have the equipment to do the job or maybe they did but the equipment broke and they have to smooth and level it before it dries?
