As a lowly line member, are any of the BS-V skills worth the train if I never plan on using a Blackops or Marauder? I'm in a Per/Will map now wondering if I should add a few 20 day trains just to have all subcaps to V.

Keepstars are about 200b, so it's not an absurd extra cost for a new one - but it's a kick in the nuts for everyone who suddenly needs to come up with 30b per keepstar they deployed over the past four years.
