Rakuyo you get right at the end of the dlc so unless you want to do new game+ you barely get to use it unless you go in hard on the chalice dungeons. My last game I was some huge level like 140 because arcane starts scaling better after 40 points I think Hunter tools do, some get better scaling after 60. Black sky eye at 99 arcane felt like cheating with the occasional executioners gloves for homing in.

Btw corn learn to dodge cos the dlc final boss is easily the hardest lol. Also dodging through enemies is almost always safer than dodging away
