That type of OCD is absolutely a thing, I have a friend who experiences similar symptoms about something she'd never do when she hits certain stress levels, and I think it's actually a good thing to talk about more openly because there's definitely people who have it who don't realize they're experiencing a known mental illness symptom of something that's not their fault rather than, like, just being a terrible person who can't stop thinking about terrible things. At the same time, Bodega discourse lady is definitely not the person to be talking about that specific manifestation as she defends doing away with age of consent, even if she's not intending those things to be linked. She needs to log off.

I recently moved to New York myself and I think the one thing that stands out to me as being unique about the city is the mysterious moistness that no one seems to talk about. Like I'm never sure if it's raining it's hard to explain.
