In those cases, yeah, it probably is for the best, using what we have for a system, for people to sit on a jury and take it serious. If you could ask a question of the defendant, maybe ask how they came about the suit they're wearing in court. If they say they borrowed it, or their lawyer found it for them, or it was from a charity, just let them walk. If they say it's their own suit, pay attention during the trial, there's a chance it's someone who deserves to be there.
