Because not being sexually harassed by NPCs is immersion breaking. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42887 At least it works on both genders for when you're a dude wearing the more Conan esque armors Work safe photos in the link, it's also a compatibility nightmare so they only have vanilla clothing in the pictures.

Be ready to see a compatibility patch for each and every single set of armor. It makes trying to look up armors a pain in the rear end cause you got the armor set, then all 20 of the different body type conversions, then a version of each conversion with bouncing tits.... Oh and then all the different language translations for each one

it looks like you're just supposed to equip your modded titty armor and then type a specific console command to get it to work but also  that the only way they could apparently change where npcs look is by invisibly race-changing you mid conversation

I mean that makes sense in that the different races have different heights in TES games, though there is also a command to set character scale so I don't know why they can't use that.

You may have become master of Hentai House... but can you handle Hentai Mania? From what I can tell there's no actual hentai in this one either. From the description it adds a bunch of dungeons with mmo-style bosses you farm for random equipment drops, which are your standard skimpy anime armor stuff. The author was very prolific, there's even a sequel. Some of those images are pretty great though.

I don't think it's very subtle about it either, like it doesn't outright say "THIS IS BAD" but it kind of beats you over the head with the way it's portrayed. You spend a lot of time crawling around semi-ruined condemned sections of the city and they're full of discarded sexbots that are definitely far more disturbing than tittilating. Maybe they forgot to patch it out of the localized text for some languages, I didn't play the game in English at the time. That's all I can really offer, I guess, because I do know for a fact that I didn't go out of my way to look something up that I only know about because I recall seeing it first-hand.
