it's probably just the handful of 4* missing rateups (Amber, Lisa, Kaeya, Bennett) and then double-dipping on some others for the last couple slots. i didn't see any 4* leaked alongside the Ganyu/Albedo stuff so it doesn't seem like there's anybody new, though i think HoneyImpact added their placeholder page for Rosaria (4* cryo spear, Mondstadt character) around the same time as those two so who knows.

Like Ashenai said, none of the banners so far have featured two characters with the same element, so if that's a rule they're going by it'd rule out Amber and Kaeya. OTOH I wouldn't be surprised at all if they kept Amber, Kaeya and Lisa out of limited banners entirely and just rotated them through the second starglitter exchange slot. We're getting anime archetypes, so older women are probably not happening (Lisa and La Signora are as old as important female characters ever get in anime), but I would be shocked if we didn't get a badass old dude with a beard at some point.

Ribbing about anime tropes aside, I am super impressed with the character design in this game. Literally every single character feels iconic and is appealing in their own way. That's really hard to do! Last game I remember achieving this with a cast of similar size was Overwatch.

I dont see how he's going to be the "core" for anything since Geo MC synergizes already better than others because of his ults geo constructs bypass the normal limit. The only way I can see it if one of the new geos like consumes shields to boost his damage, in that way then yes the resonating effect will be better I wanted to roll for rosalia but if shes in albedos banner I'll skip. I have 65 pulls saved up. I was not planning on saving this much. I'm really hoping next banner has Bennett and either Fischl or XQ on it so I can at least set up pity. If Barbara is on the next banner I am actually going to cry. There's not much Mihoyo can do to make players like a character whose design doesn't appeal to them but they pulled for anyways. As for E energy regeneration being random, idk i guess it was intended (lord knows why). I don't think it makes a very big difference though given how little it generates anyways. So, I've been playing this somewhat casually for a few minutes to an hour a day and I'm still kind of clueless in general about what I'm doing. But that's fine with me, mostly. I'm not really in a rush to understand what the heck people are even talking about. But I ran into an issue where I did some dungeon around Mondstadt the other day and after I had previously only bothered to level everything up to around 30ish, that dungeon catapulted my world level (?) up to 3, increased my adventure level to 35 (after I had been at 25 for a while) and buffed all enemies up into the 40ies, making the game a lot more tedious. I don't mind a challenge, but some of those cube bosses are kinda boring and uninteractive to begin with, so only dealing pitiful damage doesn't really improve their design. I assume this is irreversible and I gotta suck it up and level everything up to a point where I'm more comfortable again? Are adventure levels just tied to a max amount that you can't go past until you raise world levels, but you still get xp in the process, which would explain my rapid jump in adventure levels?
