Every site that can host media on the internet has kiddie porn on it. And when you start looking at incident counts, Facebook crushes Pornhub in sheer volume. Facebook's moderation even manages to make Pornhub's moderation look great. Last week Pornhub announced it was only allowing uploads from verified accounts. Those would either be adult performers with accounts to sell stuff on Pornhub or Studios. That won't eliminate every incident but if someone does set up an account to do revenge porn, Pornhub would be able to provide the driver's licence info, banking info and so forth beyond a simple IP address. But Pornhub is targeted by Exodus Cry as part of a larger campaign against porn. And a lot of the stats they are pulling on Pornhub tend to be bullshit. For instance groups by Exodus cry tend to include stuff like criminal acts with Girls Do Porn in statistics with Pornhub. Pornhub has some lovely business practices that it's being forced to deal with but it's not a massive hub of kiddie porn.

Pormhub's whole thing is hosting pirated content, and if you're in the pirated content business you can't look too closely at the content because if you do, you'll have to delete it. The child porn and rape videos are an inevitable consequence of their business model.

Pornhub’s whole thing was hosting pirated content, but like YouTube, they are less reliant on that these days. They own a sizeable amount of porn production now, arguably because piracy via their sites drove producers to insolvency. They’re also taking cuts from “amateurs” who sell on the site. Even if a wizard waved a wand and deleted any pirated material on the site with impossible precision, I don’t think they would go bankrupt at this point.

For what it's worth I think the Time person of the year is the new president in basically every election year. I think the only recent time a president didn't get it was in 1988 for Bush senior's election. Edit: I should read the entire thread before replying.
