Got a sweet gift today from the one and only Mr. Wiggles. Mush appreciated! I will install the valve stems promptly. The seeds will be munched accordingly. They bring back memories of deployments and trying to stay awake. My son and I will have a blast building the Quattro. Thanks again Mr. Wiggles. P.S. My gift is good to go out tomorrow morning. Just hope the cross country shipping doesn't end in disaster.

My Santa sent me a chain brush. I've been wanting to try this style out, so I will use and abuse it come spring time. That was followed up with some very rad stickers.  I still don't know who sent it, but thanks, Santa!

You said you had a 98 jetta, which i'm told has notoriously bad cupholders.  Hope they help, or did I miss the mark? There should also be non printed stuff in there.

 ah. Ok I was trying to figure out how the keychain combined with the rings.My Jetta is a late MK3, it's the MK4s that have those awful cupholders. Mine has a pair in the lower console in front, which aren't big enough for anything useful. The MK4 cupholders also hold your drink in front of the HVAC vents, which led to me getting a literal first degree burn on my lip one day. Mostly empty can of soda + full blast heat... That sucked. Regardless, thanks! The haul:  mid-length GearWrench 10mm in 3/8" drive, flex 10mm in 1/4" drive, a sleeve of cheap electrical tape, Jetta keychain, cupholder rings, license plate hardware, a keyring from an old-rear end radio station (Orlando's oldest), and a pair of spring clamp pliers. The tape is so old, it's still got "General Signal" branding  The 10mm's are greatly appreciated, especially the mid-length. I would buy cases of the sleeves of 3M Tartan 1710 tape from Home Depot. Like, multiple 100-roll cases. These days, my usage is a lot lower, and I've refined my taste to only Scotch 33 or 88, plus colored 35.

A mysterious package closed with gaffer tape arrived last evening Greeted by this upon opening the box  Spread out - the Korean milk candies are really weird, borderline good. That little stream light is going to be super handy around the garage. I already put it to work this morning, super bright yet light enough to hold in your teeth. Stickers are always appreciated and the Wife already grabbed one for her laptop. Speedway schedule is pretty neat and I'm always surprised by how many events they run through those places during the season. It's really weird, we were talking about furniture polish the other day but had stopped short of ordering anything.  A hand written note   Beneath that was more goodies  What is this piston out of? I haven't compared it to the one I got a couple years ago from AI:SS but I think it's similar in size. This cider looks really good and we'll be enjoying it tonight while watching Christmas movies. Haven't had a good cider in quite a while so I'm really looking forward to it.   More stickers for the sticker wall and a handle to....something?  Thank you Raluek, Merry Christmas!

It got me home, but only just barely. Anyway, glad everything made it there in one piece, merry Christmas!

After some interesting tracking that simply stated "delayed" I got an update from Santa that my parcel had timewarped from NSW to central QLD overnight and was on board for delivery in town. I wasn't originally planning on a town trip but some stuff came up. Well well, what have we here?  Santa brings gifts of joy to all the boys and girls!  Literally one of the reasons I ended up in town was to go to Bunnings (and I have been eyeing off this set!). Have to thank Santa for knowing about my love of knockoff lego.  Time to get my rear end into gear with some of the Tamiya kits I have laying around (assuming this is the hint gift mentioned in communique?)  Drillbits! I can never have enough (usually breaking them reaming out holes)  Thankyou soo much Santa / CAT INTERCEPTOR - gotta laugh looking back where I bet myself we'd get each other.  EDIT: LOL the snag:
