This man is ruining his career... He should've picked a better debut project for his first role as director. His work as a part of the staff on Kandagawa Jet Girls, Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai, Kabukicho Sherlock and Senran Kagura Shinovi Master gave him such a powerful reputation... and here he goes, just... throwing it all away. Now people will just forget his prestigious earlier career in favor of this trash. Sad.

Name a famous animator, and they've very likely worked on some shovelware toy-commercial show and/or bizarre late-night porno. It's the directorial roles that really seem to shape reputations.

if you're upset by it wouldnt it make more sense not to talk about it, its a random late night anime barely anyone is talking about it, your life can go back to it not existing. its one thing to go 'this show seems bad' but this thread is like 80% redo of healer discussion.

it is valid to complain about people focusing all discussion ever for multiple threads on one anime they've decided to performatively hate, in threads that are meant to be about general discussion of multiple shows where you can discuss things you actually have unique and interesting thoughts on and think are worth knowing about none of this is even discussion or debate it's just people circularly agreeing show bad for a dozen pages and if anyone complains about how boring that is to read you get mad at them for expressing a thought that isn't show bad

in my experience reasonable objections mostly make people madder at me because i got in their way and made them have to reexamine their priorities. for instance, right now, when lowering my guard and expressing the reasonable concern, seems to have made you madder at me
