Wonder if that's the original hard copy of that document that NEET filled in, or if dev printed out another copy to stamp with 'Done' (and then possibly scanned it in again and emailed it to lead tester who printed it out and put it on NEET's desk).

The stamps are cool though; I have a couple in a few different scripts (and one in hangeul). You can get one printed for a few dollars from a machine and do all kinds of customization, highly recommend trying it if you ever go to Japan.
