One of the cool things is NFCU, Amazon (Chase), and PSECU all offer credit rating updates, but each go through a unique agency, so I get credit rating updates monthly from all 3 without efforting.

I have both USAA and NFCU for different things. I know that I got a better rate on my car loan when I went through NCFU than USAA was going to give me. Having physical locations is nice too, especially when overseas.

I also use both. I've used USAA since I joined for banking and insurance, but my car loan and mortgage are with NFCU. And unless they change drastically, I'll probably never borrow anywhere else. I've never had to deal with car insurance issues, but I did have to replace a roof due to tornadoes once, and it couldn't have been easier.
