For all the hand-wringing about "who could have seen this coming", some polisci guy on Twitter was able to put the completely put the pieces together weeks ago and nail pretty much every detail, including that the chuds would turn on the cops, there would be deaths, and that federal law enforcement might be (deliberately) held back: (a thread) https://twitter.com/ariehkovler/status/1341016471795843080 arguably the only thing he missed was the timing, thinking they would wait until after the election was certified.
