At delivery - The engine auto start/stop didn't work, regardless of its setting. The parking brake set itself each time I went into Park, despite that feature being turned off, with a message 'Park Brake applied due to foot off pedal while shifting', despite my foot being on the brake pedal while shifting.

Software update 1 resolved the park brake message, but broke the park assist functionality and didn't resolve the actual parking brake from applying itself.

Software update 2 caused the navigation to think it was always in Michigan, the memory seats to return to random positions

Software update 3 resolved the navigation issue, but put the nav system in a state where the free 2020 map version could not be applied

Software update 4 resolved the memory seat issue until you adjusted the seat while driving. Then the seat would continue to randomly adjust the lumbar, side bolsters, and thigh extensions while you were driving. God help you if it was a roadtrip because it would just keep making incremental changes the whole time you were driving.

Software update 5 fixed the navigation issue and the seat issue, but caused the radio to always return to preset 1 with every key cycle. Also disabled all smartphone connectivity.

Software update 6 resolved the parking brake setting itself, but caused the power rear hatch to not close itself when the headlights were on. Resolved the smartphone connectivity issues. But the DRL on the passenger side would not turn back on after using the turn signal, until you did a key cycle.

Software update 7 resolved the rear hatch and DRL issue, but made the digital speed readout appear sometimes in big font, in the center of the speedo and sometimes in small font on the perimeter of the speedo. Begin to get smartphone app messages that my vehicle has entered 'deep sleep' mode to preserve battery power multiple times a day, even while driving the car.

Software update 8 included a new service battery as part of a recall to resolve an issue where the ABS computer remained powered while the vehicle was parked and deep drained the battery. Also resolved the auto start/stop issue and re-enabled the park assist functionality. I was told I was lucky, as some customers also needed new BCM because the alternators were frying them, trying to compensate for the dying battery.

Software update 9 resolved the radio preset issue, but 360 cameras display a blue screen instead of a camera views

Software update 10 resolved the camera blue screens

So as of December 1st, the only thing wrong is the random big speedometer digits/little speedometer digits. Everything else has been working properly for about 6 weeks now, and I'm knocking on wood that Ford's next software update doesn't break anything. The only issues I've had with this car have been software related, and those are handled with an email notification, and clicking the 'update software' button while I'm driving. It's only been out of service 1 day, for maintenance, and they picked it up, left me a loaner, and dropped it off cleaner than it left. It drives/rides/handles fantastically, has plenty of power, is quiet and comfortable, and looks great.

Will I ever get a first year car again? Hell no. Will I get another Lincoln? I have 22 more months left on this lease to decide.

self dealing and payola should be banned from all streaming platforms, not just music ones
even then the artists would not be making much off of streaming

the reason is the label system
the rates streaming services pay to the artists are set by the labels
the fact the labels own part of the streaming services is part of the deal to get the labels songs
that the labels get paid for every play regardless of if the song is owned by a label is part of the deal to get the labels songs
the reason the artists payouts aren't 1:1 with the play count but instead is a ratio based on popularity (calculated by the labels) is the labels
until the labels control can be removed, the artists will continue to make meager amounts from streaming

the ways the labels screw artists out of the money owed to them is the real cyberpunk dystopia we made along the way

edit: bandcamp is a good way to see just how much money the labels suck out since the majors aren't involved

My issue is: I do not drive; the app does not work on my Phone. I've raised concerns to Front Office and they just tell me "That's not not our problem. We don't care". Which imo is very poor advice.

So now the only way to get to and from our complex is by downloading an app that doesn't really work. You can not open the sole gate on the sidewalk. They removed the gate keypad.

Is there anything I can do? This is very frustrating because there is only one way out of the complex and now I can't get in or out unless someone lets me out.
