I wonder how they will manage it, since I don't think they have separate youtube channels for each of them. Will they play in split screen? Take turns since its an odd number of participants?

The best way that I can describe the youtube bots behavior is that they don't care about your thumbnail the greater majority of the time, until something small sets them off. After that the bots probably flag your account so that you're under greater scrutiny. It's what happened to Marine, Choco and Mel. Completely fine for months then chain stream bans.
