FrumpleOrz posted:Kevin & Kell They've shown this baby throwing up their milk multiple times now. This isn't normal behavior for babies. Yes, they spit up, but if they are constantly more or less vomiting out their stomach contents, they really need to be seen by a pediatrician. This was the first indication one of my kids had a milk allergy when they were a baby!

Ah, you're thinking of human babies; for terrifying rhino-cat hybrids, it's not only normal and healthy, but also extremely interesting and even visually appealing, so I hope he shows it dozens more times.

As far as I know, the family has two vehicles. One is Ellie's crappy unreliable family car and the other is Jon's fancy expensive flashy impractical sports car. What's she expecting the kid to learn on? (I feel like if professional driving lessons were an option, he'd have mentioned it. Also, as much as I generally find Ellie to be unpleasant and overly naggy, I feel like she could justifiably be bitching a lot more about the car disparity.) I mean, she was clearly losing her poo poo, so yeah?

I know she's going to turn out to be correct about the statue being of that bird woman but I still can't get over the ridiculous leap in logic. If I saw a guy who looked like Abraham Lincoln walking down the street, I shouldn't immediately jump to "Abraham Lincoln never actually died in the theater and also he's immortal!"

I still can't get over how the only reason Fiona saw that the statue looked like her teacher is because she keeps defacing historical landmarks and art pieces.

The less charitable read is that she's letting him get a license because That's What's Done but either didn't think far enough ahead to get to the 'but what car will he drive?' part or figured she wouldn't allow him to drive without her supervision until he somehow buys his own car.

loving drat it, The Evening Star drops The Shadow in September. It looks like it gets replaced with Dinky Dinkerton, Secret Agent 6 7/8. Maybe I'm just salty that the comic I've been looking for got dropped before the archives for the Detroit Evening Times picks up, but Dinky Dinkerton doesn't look very good. I kinda want to keep The Shadow and Flyin' Jenny synced up, so I guess The Shadow will be taking a brief break unless I find another source. I figure I'll post a few bits just to show what was going on at the same time, then do double Jennys until I reach where Detroit Evening Times picks up.Vargo posted:Curtis Is it?

Axa is only set like a hundred years in the future, right? Didn't they say that? It seems like a LOT of evolution has gone on in one human lifespan. Huh. Radiation, I guess.

Considering the existence of the Sea Dome and other stuff, I assume their 1980 was much more advanced than ours. Selachian posted:Maybe they've stumbled into the Savage Land. Ugh. Ugh.
