Yeah, but most files are psd, and even a lot of Adobe apps themselves won't open those. Not even Adobe Mix.

I'm a vtuber expert
Started playing Prodeus and while I don't think its bad I just feel kinda bleh while playing it. Guns are just OK, nothing feels amazing. Enemies are just ok. It plays fine. Nothing about it really pops though.

And a weird feeling I have while playing it is that everything is too small. All the areas you go to feel like they are smaller than they should be, if that makes sense. Real compact vibe, which isn't great for the rocket launcher.

I'll probably play through whats there and then check out the user maps. Hopefully those are better.

It's still missing a lot of textures but here's one very obvious comparison I made

Yes and I'm pretty sure I have controller support turned off because having it on screwed me over in the past so I keep it off unless the game has zero joystick support and I feel like trying to jam it in there. I'll check after work. Wouldn't be surprised if it is Steam being Steam tho, lol

Edit: I have it on GoG and I think I tried it there and had the same issue. Will check later.

Quoting myself, same on GoG version. I looked at the kexengine.cfg in Blood and the joystick parameters and they are the same. Weird.

I played way too much Firearms back in the day, to the point where I was in a group that played competitively. (NME! Who boy does that bring that memories)

Anyway Firearms ruled. I loved how insanely customizable that game was, and the linear design of the levels lead to some really intense fire-fights, especially at choke-points. Hell I could go down a memory whole quick on all the amazing Half-Life mods I played in High School instead of bothering with things like "studying" or "sleeping".

Front Line Force
Science and Industry
Day of Defeat
Natural Selection
The Specialists
Sven Coop
Battlegrounds...

and on and on and on

The real trick is trying to think of the bad Half Life mods.

The Opera was amazing but it was really unstable and buggy.

I played hundreds and hundreds of CS, DoD and TFC but hell, I do miss Action HL, The Specialists, The Opera, Frontline Force, Firearms, Tour of Duty, Vampire Slayer, Sven Co-op (this one is still alive on steam!)... HL modding days were amazing as with just a copy of HL you could play so many different type of MP games (plus SP mods).

I still have a fuckin' VAC ban from a million years ago because I got busted using a shader .DLL I forgot to turn off. But they should really make some sort of archive library for Half Life 1 mods, that really was the goddamn golden age. Now everyone just makes indie games, I guess.

Until 3.1 there was an option to turn on super jump by default instead of requiring it to be a pickup power. Basically every packed non RP server was this, and the most popular maps for the specialists took advantage of super jump to make verticality in levels. In 3.1 this was disabled because the dev didn't like that everyone used this feature, and maximum pettiness they left the option in but just disabled it from doing anything.

Within a week basically every server I played on had thinned out dramatically and I dropped the game entirely after. If you go digging around to see what happened you'll see nothing but confused posts about why the hell would 3.1 drop super jump/when will this bug be fixed and then suddenly no more posting about the mod.

TSRP was such a weird thing in that there were so many great GoldSrc-rear end maps of towns and cities and stuff. I think that was a big part of my interest in it, the crazy maps made for it. I remember roleplaying as a gun dealer.
