"...whatever."
Watching Ozuna try to field this season will be both frustrating and hilarious. Glad the Braves actually signed someone that can hit, and with the DH basically a lock for the following season, should such a thing ever exist, the rest of the contract should hopefully be smooth sailing and I hope he smacks the poo poo out of some baseballs.

It’s been less than a day and I’m already tired of the Bauer stans among Dodger fans. Just an endless stream of the same dumb jokes, false equivalencies, and glee that the people they don’t like are upset. Gonna be a long two years.

Besides being a weirdo creep he's also just incredibly cringey to watch. He has some interesting things to say about pitching but it's not worth putting up with how obsessed he is with himself.

Was reading this Ringer article on the Bauer signing and they were talking about some of his controversial Tweets one in which he challenged if humans really where contributing that much to climate change and when I clicked the tweet the top reply stood out.

That's a lot less than I expected Correa to get

I didn't even realize he'd asked for so little, much less that the Astros were nickel and diming him. Should have just given him the $12.5m

The Bauer Contradiction: The type of person that would devote this much energy to trying to become popular on YouTube in the midst of his prime as a professional athlete is not going to be cool enough to actually make a fun or interesting YouTube video

Davis is 100% cooked but at least he was expiring. Andrus is going to be bad and expensive for 2, possibly 3 more years!

I have almost no faith in either but I am infinity-more confident in the idea that Andrus could be valuable again someday vs. the idea that Khris Davis could.

I'm sure Andrus will have more value than Davis but I'm also more certain than ever that I'm about 18 months away from making an angry post about Matt Chapman being traded to *spins wheel* the Giants

Missed opportunity for the Rangers to hold the line at sending 13.247 million.

Even with the cash and getting out of Davis' 16 million this year it seems a little spendy for the A's.

I do think he realized that sharing his lovely opinions could get him in trouble so it's kinda funny so far he goes out of the way to try to be inoffensive in his vlogs.

This ruled for multiple reasons

First it absolutely infuriated all the cards fans who hated him already.
Second mike shildt got asked about it in an interview and gave the most diplomatic and kind response possible about how he was proud of Ozuna for giving 100% out there even if he ended up looking stupid. That’s my manager baby

He joins the pantheon of greats like LaHair, Hamel, and Fukudome in the hall of Cubs that had a good half season once.

You spent so much time wondering if you could make contact with that pitch, you never stopped to think if you should.
