I don't know why I botched the reading of that cartoon so badly, I guess I just started from "rock breaks scissors so silver destroyed regulatory agencies somehow?"jjack229 posted:That helps some. Ben is consistently anti Wall Street, and he wants a gold/silver standard (or at least thinks it's more valuable than dollars) so he definitely wants the price of silver to rise. He even did a cartoon about how mean ol' JP Morgan is artificially keeping the price of silver low unfairly. So he's pro regulatory agencies in this cartoon, because he wants them to stop naked short selling (he complained about that in the Gamestop cartoons too).

The patheticness of this reminds me of Yakov Smirnoff trying to keep his act going after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He's making up an extended universe of trump insults. Maybe trump can start faxing Ben his lists of daily tweets that he writes down but can't post anywhere.
