Earthbound and Dkc2 but there's like 50 other games that could conceivably take that spot

Kirby's Dreamcourse

I love this game too.

try the japanese version some day. It was pretty uncommon for nintendo at the time but they actually cut like .25mbit from the ROM when they brought it to America so the japanese version has some extra stuff in it. i guess they wanted to save like 90 cents per cart getting the game to fit on a 1mb rom when the japanese version needed a 2mb one.

also check out Special Tee Shot which was a Satellaview-only game

It's too hard to pick just one game. It's kind of a toss up between stuff like Super Metroid, Yoshi's Island, A Link to the Past, or an RPG like Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI. I'm leaning towards Final Fantasy VI, if only because it's the first game I remember getting "hype" for even as a kid, since I was limited to renting it occasionally until I got it for Christmas one year.

All Stars Mario 1, Lost Levels, and 3 all look terrible. They look like flash game remakes. Sound is all wrong too. 2 looks good though for whatever reason.
