I have been flying through Dark Souls tonight. I am in the dlc currently after having beat the painted world and gravelord nito.  This game is a lot of fun though currently I am not sure I would new game + it like I am Bloodborne. I think I am satisfied with one play through.

Honestly if you were going to replay DS1 again I've always found its more fun to start fresh and do a totally different build instead of playing all the way through NG+. Bloodborne has less build diversity, but DS1 there's a lot of different ways to play the game.
