its a casino, you cant feel bad for not betting on black after the fact, because it could just as easily have been red. i made enough money on roblox to buy monster hunter and loop hero but went in completely acknowledging it was a coin flip

something i thought about last night is that i wish there was a predictit (a website for betting on political outcomes such as whether Andrew Cuomo will resign by the end of the year, etc) for video games. i feel like i'd kill on markets regarding whether nintendo will debut a switch revision this year, or what quarter of what year elden ring will be released

i wouldnt ever put sprinkles on butter bread but i would eat anything offered to me called fairy bread, like is it bread made of faeries or is it bread made for faeries or is it an ironic thing and it's just a hunk of iron, I just can't know until it's served but i will eat the fairy bread

Cuomo seems to have learned the Trump lesson that if there's no way to force you to go away you don't have to because eventually your enemies will get sick of waiting for you to take yourself down I'd like to think this means he won't be re-elected but NY has a strong enough dem machine that being a serial sexual harasser and also killing a few thousand seniors might not be enough to break it At least it's becoming clear that his covid response was actually godawful and only looked good in contrast to the federal response which was indistinguishable from a conscious effort to kill as many americans as possible
