I think this is just the placement of hte mics there's another video of the same thing that shows the mics behind his arm so it's this weird illusion his brain is for sure 100% jello at this point but thinking that the democrats are faking poo poo requires a level of self awareness and competence that I find difficult to believe exists

Is a broken blood vessel in the eye an issue with the elderly? I've had them myself but yea that's definitely a blood red eye. And that's absolutely a doctored video. I was thinking content-aware scaling but I don't think that would result in the greenscreen-style results in the video.

it's 100% not the placment of the mics he doesn't move enough forward and back to allow for the mic to be behind his forearm, but in front of his body, and then in front of both his arm and body i don't even see how the mic could be in that position in the first place (between his arm and body)
