Season 4 of Rick and morty is great because it looked at the dumpster fire that season 3 was, said “let’s not do that” and took it’s head out of its rear end. it’s rare to see a tv show pull up from a nosedive like that. Personally I suspect there was some backstage disaster going on.

gemini man would have been much better from the kids perspective since there would have been dramatic tension about whether the nutso cloning story was for real the scenes with older will smith talking about being a volcel would have hit much harder too if we had been watching the kid clearly on the road to getting brain broken realize that hes been undergoing the exact same horrible life experience
