(To this day, she speaks in pretty broken English and has the worst time with singular-plural and noun-subject agreement, but she communicates clearly enough to be raising two beautiful daughters and holding down a management position at a Dollar General, so good for her.) Anyway, I spent so much time learning the language, I try to keep up with it as much I can. At this point, it's more useful than the five years of Latin I took in high school / college.
