There are like 20,000 varieties of salt. Japan has like 5,000 of them or something. The documentary on Netflix Fat Salt Heat Acid is super amazing and will give you so drat much information about salt.

Love the chicken salt, made my first batch the other day. I'm torn though, now that I have chicken salt, AND finally found the OG Five Guys cajun spice for sale. They're both perfect on... everything. (Five Guys cajun, if you want it. This is the real-deal, not a taste-alike.)
