Bryan's personality isn't the kind that he'll do a public bad faith negotiation to get a better deal from Vince. Beyond the personality test there are half a dozen interviews he's given where he says stuff like that. He wants to do these matches, he probably thinks he says he wants this kind of a contract it will make everyone less mad at him if he doesn't re-sign, but he will cave and re-sign. He will have the schedule either way.
