It’s a grotesque attempt to reproduce the aesthetics of a highly stylized comic with live actors & practical effects. You can’t tell if they were being ironic or not. It looks grimy and humid. Total 90s vibe. It would probably exhibit more dignity if it was porn.

I don't think Black Mirror has gone down that specific path. There's the episode Be Right Back, but it goes in a very different direction, and manages to turn it into a genuine piece of profound existential horror.
