The M3 Stuart was a light tank equipped with a 37mm gun. This was nicknamed "the squirrel rifle" as it fired the 2lb shell, which was ok against German Mark IIIs and Italian tanks but ineffective against heavier tanks or fortifications. Although it worked great against parked aircraft.

The once-abandoned power plant was bought by private equity firm Atlas Holdings and retasked. A significant portion of Greenidge's electricity no longer powers nearby homes or businesses; rather, the plant's smokestacks are increasingly pouring pollutants into the atmosphere in the service of mining bitcoin. There is going to be a delay in FDA authorization to execution at the local level. To speculate that it’s only for wards of the state based on that is a bit much. It hasn’t even been 12 hours yet.
