Think with relegation into the bottom league I will most likely just try to get some cash reserves saved up this season, see what the academy gives me for a youth defender, and start working back up next season after I see where the holes are this time and which olds are retiring.

A few of my youngsters are failing to develop and will have to be kicked to the curb once I pick up a few vets to shore up the staff, but honestly I'm fairly pleased overall I feel like I'm starting to get a handle on what I need to do, the only question is "did I gently caress it up too badly already to have a shot at doing it"

drat, lost my first home game  I was initially going to go for a possession-based strategy but the S7 H7 ref and the quality of Rapner's FK specialist made me bump down my aggression and go with 5 defenders to compensate, but 5-3-2 wasn't quite the best against 4-5-1.
