got my fluvax today and NSW isn't get doing covid vaxes for people under 40 so that'll have to wait. Feel a little wasted this evening though so we'll see what tomorrow brings as I haven't ever bothered having a flu vaccine before but they where offering it free at work so I took it up

Took mum a while to get used to silverside, in her part of Ireland that was real poor people food. They would have 'bacon' which was like thick cut steaks from the back or something, they don't really do it in Australia apparently. With that white mustard sauce

Love a good silverside. I been going the extra step and making white mustard sauce. So good. Got a lamb shoulder on the bbq at the moment and my girlfriend brought me home a roasted pork chunk as a treat. Absolutely living the dream

I’d never knew about tinned corn beef till I lived with some Pacific Islanders. It’s incredibly bad for you and I can see why diabetes is such a problem for them
