I get you and select others continue to think it's only ten posters and one section of the SA community laughing at how this place has doubled down on defending that picture, but it's uh really really not and surely the multiple QCS threads full of many unique posters from across the whole website's 30+ sections, including the Warcraft section, including even from C-SPAM, saying defending/doubling down on defending that picture was hosed up, should have made that clear by itself before this point

Now that you know there's a Post History button, when you click through mine to gotcha me in response to this btw for having had some FYAD posts this week: I've made a stupid amount of posts in C-SPAM from its first months on to now, I've definitely posted here more than anywhere else the last ~five years. I try to post anywhere I can that interests me, including FYAD and BYOB (and basically everywhere but the guns and pets and coupons sections because I have none of those), and they all have had at least a few chill people that have made me greatly rethink and go back on some hosed up stuff I thought before, and I'm glad I had that chance to improve/not be as lovely (though I admit I still have some improvements to make)

That Leper's Colony picture was hosed up, the OP (and Flavius for defending it) both deserved at least the demodding over it, and I don't feel bad for anyone who got punished for dying on the hill of it being good actually, and hell yeah it's kinda funny how dedicated some of them were to continuing dying on that hill and I'll laugh about that with people I like anywhere

It doesn't mean I want this community shut down or feeling "wrongfully punished" for it, but this definitely doesn't feel wrongful

Simply stop defending the hosed up picture?? Sounds incredibly easy, yet we've at least over a baker's dozen posters so far who have utterly refused? Just stop being idiots about this particular thing while there's still posters and the rest of C-SPAM aside from, briefly, one thread still standing? I like this place despite its flaws and want it to continue, despite the last ~48 hours being pretty gross from some people I thought I enjoyed hearing from

I feel confident friend Good soup will still be standing by the end of this, the soup is Good and has avoided doing this very dumb thing. Be like Good soup!
