Agreed. The heels that needed to win won, the faces that needed to win won, everyone is better for being on it, I've seen several spots I've never seen before, it's amazing, and most importantly the crowd goes home happy. An overall amazing PPV.

Amazing show top to bottom.

Getting a crowd back helped, but man. All the matches were good? Like the worst was Cody vs. Ogogo and that was still, you know, solid.

And like yeah, the crowd's behind Page, Kingston, Jungle Boy, Baker, OC, Guevara, and that's just a partial list. So much heat with this company.

show was legit 50/50 on faces/heels winning (if you count the preshow, and cody as a face), while heels won every title match,.which is interesting.

The worst match of the night was a 21 man battle royal with several high spots, a surprise debut, and the right guy going over.

This legit is one of the best PPVs I've ever seen.

I was sure this was going to be the end of the Inner Circle, but I'm happy they won. Sammy redeeming himself for giving up during Blood & Guts and it sends the fans home happy after the heels won all the title matches(even though the fans were also pretty happy about Britt winning.)

Real Talk:

Each Double or Nothing has been the perfect thing for that time in AEW's history and for us as fans:

2019 - A nearly flawless show that showed that All In wasn't a fluke: The amazing Awesome Kong moment, the Joshis, that masterful Cody/Dustin match, Mox's appearance...
2020 - The first PPV of the Pandemic that not only showed that wrestling could still happen but also gave us the Stadium Stampede.
2021 - The return to full crowds plus a wonderful lineup of matches.

Thank you AEW. I needed tonight.

Look at all of the wrestlers on the card. Then look at the fact that the last two people in the ring for the night were Shawn Spears and Sammy Guevara. And then look at the fact that it was the best possible ending of the entire show.

That is everything that AEW does better than WWE in a single moment.

They really didn't. I love them, they're my favorite tag team, they put on another 5+* match tonight but I'm also incredibly sick of them and the tag titles revolving around them. I couldn't get into the 3 way because I was already sick of being antagonized by the Elite from back in the tag match.

Dinosaur Gum
That was a great PPV!

Britt/Shida was Very Good, as was Miro/Archer, and surprisingly to me the three-way for the belt was very good.

I thought the first Stadium Stampede was maybe better executed, but this one was cool in that it went back out in front of the live crowd.
