Québécois complaining about being treated poorly sounds to me exactly like the white supremacists who say "black slaves didn't have it that bad. I was not familiar with this particular piece of history. Not that Canada, broadly, has been less than enthusiastic with forced sterilizations. But I didn't know about any such practice in Quebec.
