I want to thank this thread. We're buying a new-to-us house, and the realtor walkthrough noted "old zinsco panel". Thanks to you guys, my ears pricked up, I thought "Wait, haven't I heard something about this?", and I'll be having an electrician in when we take possession.

It's not the worst except for all the serious staining around the toilet showing just how hard to clean that is, or alternately, how little of a poo poo they give.

I am glad that they posted 6 photos of a dude fishing instead of more of the house Also if those are recent photos, that’s the creek with the snowmelt at or near it’s highest and we’re in a drought that we’ll probably never escape, so I wouldn’t be too concerned. Of course, with all of the wildfires the risk of flash floods from the few major storms does increase…

I'd be more concerned about the state of the posts/pilings under the deck and house and how the posts are secured to those rocks.

That’s fair, but it’s still really funny that the guy decided that he should get a photo shoot with him and his dog on the creek while the photographer was there and that they made it into the listing. Trying to sell the lifestyle I guess.

I don't remember where it was posted here but someone was selling a house in a "clothing optional community" in Florida. They took their own listing photos using their phone and there were mirrors in the house.
