I was craving for a delivery then I was like ayo the fridge is full of food and thankfully I'm a passable cook.

I maed ghetto mayo and sriracha marinade for chicken thighs, romaine lettuce salad w/ cherry tomatoes and olive oil/lemon juice dressing and some greek yoghurt. The mayo marinade fuckin exploded all over the kitchen so I'm doing a cleaning but saved me like £15.

What do you do when you have too much dill and Swiss chard?

Make some chicken and orzo and Swiss chard.

Sauté chard stems, shallots and onions

Cut up dill, chard, and parsley

Brown chicken and cook in the instapot. Used a lemon, olive oil and dill marinade.

Add chard and lemons to the saute.

Add orzo and cannelloni beans.

Eat

Verdict: too much lemon. Otherwise pretty good

I got really drunk and ordered a pizza. Pepperoni and onions. Also chicken wings.

So I veered off from my healthy diet a bit.

It was good though. But I feel bad about it. And I have a bunch left and I don't like wasting food so

to save some money i got a bunch of cheap stuff from del taco for lunch yesterday. dinner was a DEL™ TACO™ and a DEL™ TACO™ Beef & Bean Combo™ burrito.

lunch will be something similar. i followed the tried and true "keep adding things to the order until you think it's too much stuff" method

Such dreadful things should not be said even in fun.
Steamed veggie gyoza on sushi rice with furikake, plus raw radish slices and weirdly feathery-looking cilantro from the garden (I think it bolted and so the leaves grew differently? Anyway, it tasted like normal cilantro).

I left some shrimp chow fun in my in-laws’ fridge, which I am annoyed about because I’d meant to take it home. Hope they like it, I guess.

^^^ Nice.

Took a break from the chili tofu stuff (I have one more meal left) and went with a classic marinated top sirloin and teriyaki normandy blend vegetables.

I started lifting so a big steak (it was about 11oz) seems like a good idea. I haven't had one in maybe a month or two. I picked up a Food Saver from the 'co a while back and it's still sitting unopened on my kitchen table. I need to go back there and get a big pack of steaks and seal and freeze them.

Blackened salmon, teriyaki veggies, baked potato. I put cottage cheese on the potato after the pic because someone said that was bad earlier.

Salmon was $7.99lb at Aldi.
