Yeah but they just carried him off the pitch by hand. I would’ve thought if they can carry him in a stretcher, it’d be better to just put him in an ambulance. It was surprising to me at least

A soccer pitch isn't the easiest place to navigate or drive an ambulance onto. And it's probably not further away than 100 meters.

ESPN reporters did say they didn't want to see it so that's why I assumed they didn't control it.
