Was at a friends house once and at one point he was excitedly showing his kids a great blue heron “guarding the baby ducks” along the edge of the drainage lake in their backyard. I had a pretty good laugh when that was very suddenly proven untrue.

It's obvious there's a small but dedicated audience for Actual Front Mission out in the west and SE was too busy funding The Quiet Man or some poo poo to actually capitalize on it. Basically what I'm saying is the only side of that company that's managed at all competently is the FF14 dev studio
